Video Services

We always begin by engaging with our clients in a complementary consultation, because the key to capturing every magical moment is to fully understand the story of your wedding day. We will film every moment in stunning HD and make sure every sentiment is heard with crystal clarity. All our offerings include the services of one videographer. In addition, for the ceremony, we capture additional perspectives with one unmanned camera. We take just as much care editing your videos so that every time you watch your video you will feel like you are there again. You will receive 3 DVDs with detailed coverage as well as a highlights video. We can also make the highlights available online if you desire.

You won't remember seeing us at your wedding, but when you see our video, you will feel like you are there again, from the instant you said, “I do,” through the moments where you and your guests are swept up in the music on the dance floor.

Photo Services

Our photo service starts with a complementary consultation so that we can fully understand the story of your wedding day and then plan to capture every special moment. All of your photos will be available in a private online photo gallery as well as on 2 DVDs in JPEG format. We are happy to prepare as many color corrected, sepia-tone, and black-and-white versions as you desire.

*All packages include unlimited pictures taken.

We recently contacted Eddie and in doing so we discovered this website and we thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to say something about how much we appreciated our experience with him. How long have you been in business?

Eddie's Video Service has been in business since 2005 and has been providing its clients with cinematic wedding videography and photography services ever since.

How many wedding videos have you shot?

We have produced over 500 videos for clients all across the Chicagoland area, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Michigan.

Are you very intrusive during the wedding?

Our goal is to ensure that you do not have any concerns on your special wedding day. Having captured so many weddings, enables us to anticipate your needs and create you dream wedding video while being as unobtrusive as possible.

Do you interview guests at the reception?

We work with each couple to understand the style of wedding video that they envision. While some couples prefer that our team capture all of the details from a comfortable distance, others give their most important guests the opportunity to share their reflections and best wishes on video.

What kind of cameras do you use to film the wedding?

We use professional equipment to capture the finest details in HD delivered to you on DVD or BlueRay discs. Our HD cameras use three chips to digitize the full spectrum of colors in every venue and every lighting condition. Coupled with the highest quality lenses and lighting equipment give our cinematographers and photographers full artistic control to make your vision for your wedding come to life.

When can we expect to receive the final product for the video?

Our goal is to provide quality video and the expected turnaround time is usually 1-3 months. The post production range from 25-55 hours for each wedding video. If the wedding is in early spring or late fall, the turnaround time is shorter due to the seasonal nature of this business.

How long is the raw footage and can we purchase it from Eddie's Video Service?

We film between 3-6 hours of footage based on the wedding package. Unlike many professional services, with Eddie's Video Service, you receive complementary access to every instant of raw video footage. Anytime within 6 months after the wedding, at your request, we will gladly send you DVDs with the raw footage.

My wedding is out of state, can Eddie's Video Service videographers and photographers travel?

Often, a special wedding day requires a special location. We love to travel to neighboring states or exotic destinations to create a wedding video that embodies the theme of your wedding. Pricing depends on the destination and travel expenses.

How many times do we have to meet with the videographer/photographer prior the wedding?

We do whatever it takes to understand our clients' vision for their wedding vision. While some clients prefer to plan everything in one session, we are always open to additional meetings to make you comfortable. We always confirm via email and phone a few weeks prior to the meeting so that we can accommodate any last minute changes.

Can we view our pictures online?

Yes, we will upload your pictures online so you can view them and share with your family and friends.
